Shape, texture, and colour were essential in the design language used to create ECCO’s popup shop in Shenzhen Mixcity, China in the beginning of June.

The design concept was inspired by the ECCO Gruuv, a cool walking shoe with a two-way flex rubber sole that provides grip and effortless movement of your foot at any angle. The outline of the pop-up shop takes a similar wave shape to the sole our GRUUV.

The installation was open during 8 to18 June.
