Global Supplier Portal​

Being a global organisation means building strong global relationships – not only with our business partners and customers. We are transforming our procurement and the way we work at ECCO and one of our key initiatives is the implementation of Coupa, a digital procurement system. Our aim is to take our supplier relationships to the next level, providing an improved digital experience while staying true to our values.

Having strong partnerships is a key priority for ECCO. Together, we are stronger.

What you need to know​

The Coupa system is being rolled out during 2024. So, coming up soon, and if you are a supplier to ECCO, you can expect us to:

  • Invite selected suppliers to be part of the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).
  • Invite you to store and maintain supplier business details in Coupa.
  • Invite you to sourcing events through Coupa.
  • Enable you to send and store contracts in Coupa.
  • Allow you to create and maintain both punchout and/or hosted catalogues in Coupa.
  • Send you purchase orders via Coupa.

Invoicing

ECCO is transitioning to a Purchase Order (PO)-based purchasing organization. As part of this transition, ECCO buyers will generate PO's containing the details of your orders. You can find the PO number in your Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) account, and it will also be sent directly to your email address. To ensure timely payment, please include the PO number on invoices submitted to ECCO. This will first apply for suppliers doing business with the ECCO HQ in Denmark and for ECCO Retail based in Poland and thereafter be applied for more countries in December.

It is relevant for you to know that the invoicing process will not be done through Coupa. You will continue sending invoices to ECCO as you currently do.
