Announcement after the Annual General Meeting of ECCO Sko A/S

At the Annual General Meeting of ECCO Sko A/S today, the annual accounts for 2021 were formally approved. The accounts show positive developments despite many challenges. 

In completion of ECCO’s 3-year programme for a renewal of its Supervisory Board, two long-serving members of the Supervisory Board stepped down. In 2019, Lars Hemming was elected a new member. In 2021, Anna Kasprzak and Henrik Ottosen joined the Supervisory Board. Now, Karsten Borch and Erik G. Hansen are stepping down. K. Borch joined the Supervisory Board in 1999 and has been Vice Chairman of the company for a number of years. Erik G. Hansen, who was elected a member of the Supervisory Board in 2013, has primarily supervised the company’s finances and been Chairman of the Audit and Tax committees of ECCO Sko A/S. 

Henrik Ottosen, Attorney, has during the past six years been advisor to the family and is now appointed new Vice Chairman. Henrik Ottosen will also become Chairman of the Audit and Tax Committees.

Henrik Ottosen states:

The Supervisory Board hereafter consists of Hanni Toosbuy Kasprzak (Chairman), Henrik Ottosen (Vice Chairman), André Kasprzak, Anna Kasprzak, Tom Behrens-Sørensen, and Lars Hemming. The employee representatives of the Supervisory Board are Anja Mie Karschulin, Kjeld Mortensen, and Bernd Scheelke. 

The Managing Board of ECCO Sko A/S consists of Panos Mytaros (Chief Executive Officer), Michel Krol (Executive Vice President/Chief Consumer Officer), Mads Fink Eriksen (Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer), and Thomas Gøgsig (Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer).
